Moneybox anti seismic prefabricated bungalow is based on light gauge steel frame system with high performance finishing materials. The whole house can be assembled within couple of hours by 4 workers.

Following are materials mainly used:

1. Main structure: 0.8-1.5mm thickness 89mm galvanized light gauge steel framing system,  the structure can be designed to resist 50m/s wind and 9 degree earthquake.

2. Roof structure: 0.8-1.5mm thickness 89mm galvanized light gauge steel

3. Chassis:  H-shape steel, square steel,

4. Flooring: 15-25mm fiber cement board flooring, bamboo flooring, wooden flooring, PVC, carpet etc.

5. Wall cladding: putty and emulsion paint

6. Interior lining: 6-12mm fiber cement board, gypsum panel, rock wool, breathable membrane, OSB board etc.

7. Ceiling: gypsum panel, calcium silicate board, color-coated steel sheet, PVC, EPS, WPC board, anticorrosive board, aluminum board, stainless steel, carved metal decoration board etc.

8. Insulation: gypsum panel, rock wool, EPS, phenolic sandwich panel, PU sandwich panel, XPS sandwich panel, glass wool, fiber cement board etc.

9. Windows: shutters, rolling shutters, aluminum window, double glass PVC window

10. Exterior door: high quality stainless steel door, aluminum sliding door, wooden door, steel security door etc.

11. Interior door: aluminum sliding door, wooden door

12. Bathroom: shower, wash basin, toilet included

13. Roofing: OSB board, SBS waterproof, Asphalt tile, glazed tile, PVC tile, corrugated PU tile, corrugated EPS tile, stone coated alu-zinc roof tile etc.

14. Veranda deck: ecological wooden wall panel, WPC board, ceramic tile etc.

(1) Steel Structure

Light Gauge Steel Villa is more stable than the one that made of welding frame steel . Besides, it is cheaper, more economic. With long lifespan,  which can last almost 70 years, all the materials of light guage steel villa is Q550.  It is locked with bolts, which can be used repeatedly without any maintenance. 

(2) Flooring

Decoration:PVC flooring,carpet,laminated flooring ,solid wood flooring 

Floor:Plywood ,galvanized deck +concrete,calcium silicate board

Insulation layer:glass wool

Floor purlins:rectangular pipes and C-shaped steel 

Floor beam:rectangular tube,pipe truss,truss angles ,hot-rolled steel H 

Ceiling:calcium silicate ceiling 

(3) Windows and Doors

Windows: Double glazing plastic-steel or aluminum alloy thermal-insulating frames

Doors: steel security gate doors; wood or molded doors

(4) Composite Wall System (thickness:150-250mm)
